Haiza Martinez, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Services in California

Welcome

Hi, I’m Haiza Martinez, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist based in California. I believe healing is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about discovering the authentic, resilient self beneath: the version of you that can navigate life’s challenges with confidence, maintain meaningful relationships, and honor your values while setting healthy boundaries. I’m passionate about supporting women navigating intense emotions, challenging relationships, and major life transitions, especially Latinas and those managing Borderline Personality, Obsessive-Compulsive Personality, ADHD, or other neurodivergent and personality disorders. If you’re struggling with anxiety, rejection, abandonment, depression or setting healthy boundaries, you are seen, heard, and valued here.

Adults

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, low self-esteem, or major life transitions, therapy provides a space for healing and growth. Together, we’ll explore practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

Couples

Relationships take work, and communication challenges, trust issues, or life stressors can create distance. Couples therapy helps partners reconnect, strengthen communication, and build a deeper understanding of each other. Whether you're dating, engaged, or married, we’ll work together to foster a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Families

Family dynamics can be complex, and life changes, parenting struggles, or unresolved conflicts can create tension. Family therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and strengthen relationships. Whether working through challenges with teens, siblings, or parents, we’ll collaborate to create positive change and deeper connections.

My Approach

I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a client-centered focus. Using a blend of Narrative Therapy, DBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness, I help clients break old patterns and build a more stable, authentic life. Whether you're facing high-conflict relationships, codependency, or the effects of emotionally immature parents, I’m here to support your healing journey.
