My Modalities
I approach therapy with warmth, empathy, and a commitment to building a genuine connection. My therapeutic approach is humanistic and client-centered. I blend modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mentalization, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you identify and overcome old patterns and embrace a life of stability, authenticity, and hope. Whether you’re navigating high-conflict relationships, codependency, or the impact of emotionally immature parents, I’m here to walk beside you on your journey toward healing.
